I'm happy to announce that our sitcom "Sperm Donor" is not on the Parents Television Council's list of the worst Prime-Time shows for family viewing.

I just wanted to thank the people who are responding in the comments section. Obviously, the web allows you to affect people you may not be aware of. And Dave's comments, and Nano's are especially interesting, since they are not from the US. Bring forth the world and I will try to entertain or enlighten.
Yes, he was known for getting hit on the head with a coconut, and yes, he once played opposite Meadowlark Lemon of the Harlem Globetrotters, but to me, I shall always remember beloved little buddy, Bob Denver, for his pivotal role on the Krofft Saturday Morning Live Action acid trip, Far Out Space Nuts. For some reason, this credit was missing on his obit in the NY Times. Go figure.
Chuck McCann ("Barney") to Bob Denver ("Junior"):

Comedy Quest
Tufts graduate and comedy writer Mark Treitel is close to realizing his decade-long goal of having his own sitcom.
Medford/Somerville, Mass. [08.29.05] For Tufts graduate Mark Treitel, the situation is getting serious. The “Situation: Comedy,” that is.
The aspiring comedy writer’s script has made it to the final round of competition on Bravo’s new “Situation: Comedy” reality show, which chronicles the making of a sitcom and gives amateur writers a chance launch their Hollywood careers by creating a comedy pilot from start to finish.

Here's an interview of Shoe that is life altering, well, life altering in the fact that you will be a few minutes older after reading it.
And click here for Shoe's blog on Bravo for Episode Five, where he interviews himself.
And since you're at it, click here, to read Mark's blog for Episode Five, which he highlights the Sperm Donor cast:
As I've mentioned before, Harry Rubenstein, with his wife Ziva, have a funny, eclectic podcast with the coming timing of Burns and Allen. He gets over 2,000 downloads per podcast. Not too shabby. Another hundred, and you can have your own Bravo show.
In this week's (August 13, 2005) podcast, Harry & Ziva talk about me, Sitaution: Comedy and Sperm Donor, plus Harry reminisces about how he played "Skippy" from "Family Ties" in the play I wrote in summer camp so many years ago. What's even more amazing is that we've just gotten back in touch via these blogpages and that Harry lives in Israel.
So download his podcast and listen -- you will be thoroughly entertained. (And go to about 25 minutes in to listen to him talk about me.)
As another shout out... Harry wrote that I got him into Elvis Costello, well speaking to him lately, made me go out and buy "King of America" Double CD set. Amazingly awesome.
